Vehicle Parking

RESIDENTS:

Residents must register their vehicles with the office to obtain a parking permit.  A parking permit is required for each registered vehicle and must be clearly visible and displayed in all registered vehicles. 

Permanent parking permits are provided to residents only. Parking permits are not transferable and must be returned to the office when the resident moves out. Resident permanent parking applications (Vehicle Registration Forms) can be found here.

GUEST PARKING:

Guests and landlords must obtain visitor parking permits for the duration of their visit.  

Contractors are also required to obtain a contractor parking permit for the scheduled construction/services.  

Visitor parking permits are issued for 2 weeks maximum however, exceptions can be made for certain circumstances. 

GUEST PARKING PERMITS:

Guest and contractor permits can be obtained two ways:

• By calling or emailing the office. Please provide the vehicle make, model, license plate number.  Be sure to include the arrival and departure date of the vehicle, as well as the unit where guests are visiting/working.

            OR

• For residents, by using BuildingLink. Select Resident Services, then Parking Permits.
