Yes, but with restrictions. One dog (up to 25 lbs.) or two cats are allowed per unit.

If you are a CURRENT resident:
Your BuildingLink login was sent via email from the management office. If you cannot locate the email:
- Navigate to the HOME Page.
- Click 'Resident LOGIN'. You will be taken to the BuildingLink resident login page. On that
page, click "FORGOT PASSWORD".
- You will receive an email with instructions. Fill in the requested information. Login and
password reset instructions will be sent to you.
If you are a NEW resident:
- Navigate to the HOME Page.
- Click 'New Resident'. You will be taken to the New Resident Request Form.
- Fill in the information on the New Resident Login Request form and you will receive an
email with instructions.
When your registration is approved by the website administrator your login details will be emailed from firstname.lastname@example.org to the email address you provided.
This email may get filtered to your spam or junk-email box. Please be sure to check your spam or junk-email box and choose to accept mail from this address.
When you request login credentials, the Property Manager is notified by email. The manager is responsible for verifying that you are a homeowner/resident at Americana Finnmark.
Once this verification is completed, an email will be sent to you from email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to check your spam or junk-email box for this email and choose to accept mail from the address.
If you do not receive your password within twenty-four (24) hours, please complete our "Contact Us" form and we will investigate further.

Requirements vary based on your unit location. However, all moves must be scheduled with the office prior to the day of the move.

Common Area After Hours Emergencies
If you observe a common area emergency after-hours, please contact (301) 421-4664. This will connect you with an after-hours representative.
Examples of common area after-hours emergencies include leaks, flooding, fallen trees, as well as backups in the common area sewer lines. All non-emergencies will be responded to Monday through Friday (other than holidays) during normal business hours. If you have a non-emergency, please leave a message on the onsite office voicemail.
