The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for maintaining a consistent mid-century modern style within the community. This includes ensuring structural safety, consistency in windows and doors, and making recommendations on common space elements and landscaping, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
With a person representing each building in the Gardens and each floor of the Mid-rise, this group of residents is established to primarily assist site management with
identifying and resolving current and ongoing property issues.
This committee provides input to and works on matters that affect the Americana Finnmark Condominium in particular and the Forest Glen/Montgomery Hills Community as a whole. The committee also works to improve and support communications within the Americana Finnmark community.
No CPR required. This committee assists management, in case of an emergency, until the emergency responders and management arrive. The Committee also drafts emergency protocols and policies.
These number-loving residents assist the Treasurer with his/her responsibilities, who, in turn, advises the Board of Directors on the Association's financial matters.
This important group of residents oversees the summer season of the pool and creates community spirit among the neighbors of Americana Finnmark. They also work to preserve the pool as an awesome community-funded amenity.
This committee proposes and oversees various social events for Americana Finnmark. These fun events give residents the opportunity to meet each other, grow social circles, and contribute towards a joyful sense of inclusion and community.
